(DPN)Перьевая нанолитография (ПНЛ) или нанолитография глубокого пера (НГП)Технология нанесения изображений в нанодиапазоне с помощью острия сканирующего зондового микроскопа из нитрида кремния, покрытого специальными «чернилами». В результате конденсации из окружающего воздуха влаги в контактной области между острием и подложкой образуется капля воды. Молекулы «чернил» растекаются по поверхности капли и по мере ее продвижения вместе с острием осаждаются на твердой подложке.
